I don't mean to be a serious negative vibe....But I just wondered if anyone else was in a similar boat so I could differ to their experience.

I find myself getting less turned on now by material that would have given me pretty much instant boner, I take longer and fuss over basically what chick is going to well err get me off. Am I becoming desensitized? I also find myself judging women on these standards and as a consequence there is no chick I know in real life that I ever think about sexually.

I mean in the good old days I used to crack one off ya know it might have been the hot milf neighbour down the road.....Or my mate's girlfriend or some other chick that got lodged in my mind. Now its like nada.

Well, consider this...when you 'view' arousing material that causes biological reactions. There are glands which have to support this function by producing the hormones that give you that warm, tingly feeling.

Those glands can become overworked in the extreme...

Take a break (from time to time), stay hydrated, exercise and supplement your diet with zinc 25-30 mgs. 3 or 4 times a week at least.
