It's that time of year again. I didn't see a thread about it, so i'm starting one. Any fans out there? Should be another great year for it.

This is the first year I can remember in a LONG time that Miami has been shut out of the top 25. Ron Fraser come back!!! :crying:

I hate to say it, but Oklahoma looks tough as nails so far this year. Cool to see a school like Vanderbilt doing so well also. Hopefully, my 'Horns will pick it up after a slow start.

I was surprised to see Miami get swept this past weekend, although it was to a really good Florida team.

Jag...no worries, texas will be back. It's very early in the season.

I'm glad to see Clemson playing outstanding ball right now.

Boston College always plays the Boston Red Sox and get creamed by them, that as close to college baseball I get.

Considering BC has a shitty team the majority of the time, I wouldn't watch it either if that was my only connection to it.

gotta remember the college kids aren't used to swinging wood bats. And then they face AAA talent, not fair. I saw the NE-sox game last year.

Looking for UNCW to make the regionals again this year. they always get the UNC Region and, well, nuff said

The fact MLB has a minor league system where a lot of the best players never go into college baseball doesn't help them either.

I'm watching the college world series. This kid from Virginia...Danny Hultzen...check out his delivery. He pitches from a batter's stance. It's wild. I guess the Mariners drafted him.

I was watching some of the games leading up to Omaha. the University of North Carolina Tar Heels were playing good, as were the Vanderbilt Commodores too. Hey the University of Califorrnia Golden Bears are the Cinderella team. Their program was eliminated and brought back only because of alumni support. The University of Florida Gators have to be favored.

But I sort of lost interest when the Mississippi State Bulldogs were eliminated.

I'm a big Will Clark fan.
