I'm positive a lot of this is them creating demand. Some of these fetishes are so weird or obscure, the director ends up making what they like. It'll sell to a niche and eventually they start making money off it.
I've already stated how I feel about it, and so I'll boycott the companies that make that stuff, and any actress/actor that is in that stuff. No matter how much I like them.
