Your misconstrue the context of my statement, Rey. It was made pertaining to Georges' prior assertion that, should marijuana be legalized, "cartels and gangs will get again power for marijuana supplying, you will get sooner or later blood bathes due to drive by shootings". Obviously, history of prior prohibitions (alcohol in particular) would tell us that quite the opposite is true. Legalization, regulation and taxation of the largest cash crop in the state of California makes so much sense from so many angles it boggles the mind. Criminals tend to not be involved in something unless it is against the law. Pretty simple stuff really.
Of course, out government will choose the opposite tact by continuing to waste billions of dollars in a futile and pointless effort to keep marijuana and other drugs out of America. Won't work and can't work but it it sounds like tough talk on the election trail so politicians will blindly and stupidly continue to vote to keep the so-called "war on drugs" alive.
