Actually, that IS what free speech is. The 1st Amendment doesn't say "right to free speech, unless it hurts someone's feelings".

Listen buddy, you are absolutely not in the position to question another mod's decision. I have given you a stern warning about making degrading comments about OCSMs and models. As my colleague said the thread is for the fans only, end of story.

I don't think the US constitution promises you the right to say whatever you want on a privately owned internet forum. Only an idiot would think they are protected by the first amendment here.

That's why many internet website uses things called "Terms of Service"

Terms of service are rules which one must agree to abide by in order to use a service. Terms of service can also be merely a disclaimer, especially regarding the use of websites.

If you don't like how Destiny Dixon looks now, go somewhere else and stop complaining about it! I really don't understand why some people on this forum will bash a girl they used to like, when they could simply go find another girl and not waste time on someone they now think is ugly.

I'm all for freedom of speech, but I don't see how being an asshole to Destiny, does me or anyone else any good on this thread. No point in bashing a girl who has done nothing wrong to you.
