I didn't. I knew someone whose kids got it though. Mainly if you have a decent immune system you're ok. It usually effects the children and elderly. A lot like that one disease that was running around a few years ago from mosquitoes. West Nile.

We got the vaccination for free at school. I don't even know anybody who had swine flu though. :wtf: It was all hype and no punch. I was looking forward to it knocking out a significant portion of the poor people in this country. I'm very disappointed...

I kid you not I went through probably a couple cases of Philips this winter. :shocked: I talked to another kid who got it and he said he "medicated" with vodka and it went away in like a week.
For your case I'd of thought it'd been more of a case of just getting out of school. Can't imagine having to deal with those little hellraisers all the time.

Same here. I also had it. It sucked just like any other flu, but it wasn't fucking devastating. I really think it just took longer to get rid of than the average flu. Seemed to linger like a motherfucker.
