some men just naturally have 'something' about them weather it's charisma humor or just interesting for whatever reason same as with women.
i know male friends who tick all the boxes on paper but there is something lacking which makes me not want to take it further with them and even i am not sure why? lol

Case in point:

I have a good education, ok looks, I talk well, I dress well. I'm that suburban kid you see in the OC etc.

Yet guys without half my attributes do so much better then me. Bumping into this and that classmate, they are all married and shit. I cant even find a stable gf.

I'm kind of confused. Do you want to find a Miss Right type to date and marry or do you just want to go out on a date with a girl... any girl (Miss Right Now)?

Finding a date is just a game of numbers. Even the guy who isn't all that sharp, isn't all that witty, isn't all that good looking or isn't all that wealthy can find a girl to go out with him if he asks enough girls. If you want to find a Miss Right type, I'd suggest taking suggestions from family or friends who know girls who might be a good match for you. Other than being engaged a looooong time ago, every other relationship I've had has (usually) ended badly after a few weeks or months. I've never had a problem getting girls to go out with me, but I'm not a "relationship" kind of guy. But the girl I'm with now accepts me for who I am, and doesn't (so far) pressure me to go any farther or faster than I care to. I don't play the field, stray, wander or cheat... I just don't care to be in a relationship where the topic of marriage or kids comes up every weekend. As long as she's cool with that, we're cool. As soon as she's not: another one bites the dust.

But like I said, the guys you think have a lot of luck with women have probably asked out ten girls to be on a date with the one you see them with. If a guy is with a different girl every weekend, he's been turned down by a bunch to be able to pull that off. What playas have that most guys don't is a resilience to turn downs. I'm not a playa. But I learned a long time ago that if one girl doesn't want to go out with me, some other one will. Too many guys get hung up on one girl and turn into quasi-stalkers... and one thing that women share with wild animals is they can smell desperation and fear.

i think the underlining of confidence is really passive-aggressive. Girls get swayed by guys who have a bit of passive-aggressive persona. Especially if guys is looking for some easy pussy. I would rep you, OC, but I've been spending more time wanking than posting lately so I'm in a bit of a deficit.

I would just add, OP, that you should consider becoming an expert on something. If you're musically inclined I'd say guitar. Ask anyone that plays and they'll tell you that women can't resist an axe slinger. Really the important thing to take away from that suggestion is to concentrate on yourself and don't worry about women. If they see you not giving a fuck they'll do their damnedest to make you give one.
