No, I hate it. Couples should showcase their love and appreciation for each other year round. Bringing your lover flowers/jewellry/etc on a random day means FAR more than it would on Vday, and truly shows you care. How could a woman even remotely feel special on Vday, knowing that she's like one of millions of women getting a gift? Not very special or romantic to me. And I'd sincerely question my partners love for me if he only spoiled me on Valentines day and not throughout the rest of the year. Stupid marketing gimmicky holiday.
That being said, I'm still celebrating it in my chatroom with a raffle/quest to find my ultimate Valentine...so the winners will be getting spoiled, but I don't celebrate it IRL and wouldn't even if I had a bf.
