Ok so sometimes inappropriate thoughts get stuck in my head and the more I try to get rid of them they grow....then sometimes when I'm using my imagination to cum these thoughts flood my head...help !

i have these problems a lot. i just try to think of something unpleasant to drawn out the dirty thoughts. screaming also helps, and punching something(not Someone)
