Dog Kills Raccoon, Owner Facing Animal Cruelty Charge

I don't know about you but all the dog knew is someone broke into his home with a bandit's mask on.:dunno:

A Spring Arbor Township man found his family's garage in disarray, sending his dog in to investigate.

The dog returned with the culprit, a dead raccoon.

The Jackson Citizen Report is reporting that Seth Foster now faces a charge of animal cruelty, punishable by a maximum of 90 days in jail, and a $500 fine.
Two teenage boys in the family who filmed the dog's actions with a cell phone are also being charged.

A jury trial is scheduled for Feb. 25 in Jackson County District Court.
Coincidentially, the family owns a wildlife control company.

Private citizen sends dog into garage to flush out and/or maul raccoon....assume the position.

How does anybody even know? I would've just tossed that coon in the garbage can and mopped up. Sadly, I read more abso-fucking-lutely-ridiculous stories on a daily basis...shit like this isn't even jaw-dropping anymore. America is ruled by complete morons at every level.
