You can just edit your own film to make it slower. Don't mess around with the content though that is on the film. I believe that in punishable by up to 5 years in prison or a 250,000 fine.

You can cut scenes though and change it around like a remix, but be careful with what your doing with it.

There are a few, but the only one I can think of at the moment is Cassidey Rae in the scene "Cock Socket" from the Andrew Blake DVD that had Sasha Grey.
