Donald Trump NOT running for President

Trump NOT running for President ...on the wires //

A woman is an occasional pleasure but a cigar is always a smoke.
So neither Trump nor Huckabee is going to make a run for it...does that make Sarah Palin the new Republican leader by default?

The dumb-dumb probably thought 'earmarks' were those little holes in your earlobes that remind you where you poke your earrings through.

Michele Bachmann’s record: Earmarks, farm subsidies and pardons?

When it comes to Minnesota Republican Rep. Michele Bachmann, the Tea Party rhetoric doesn’t always match the record. Should she launch a serious bid for president, Bachmann would likely find herself defending a slew of questionable votes and decisions, including on earmarks, pardons and farm subsidies.

Bachmann’s penchant for earmarks dates back to her days in the Minnesota state Senate. Despite her reputation as a fiscal conservative, from 2001-2006, then-state Senator Bachmann proposed more than $60 million in earmarks, including a $710,000 “Bond For Centerville Local Improvements Around Highway 14″ and a $40,000,000 “Bond for Lino Lakes And Columbus Township Highway Interchanges.

Donald Trump said:

Well...good to see his ego has remained intact.

He released this at noon today:

After considerable deliberation and reflection, I have decided not to pursue the office of the Presidency. This decision does not come easily or without regret; especially when my potential candidacy continues to be validated by ranking at the top of the Republican contenders in polls across the country. I maintain the strong conviction that if I were to run, I would be able to win the primary and ultimately, the general election. I have spent the past several months unofficially campaigning and recognize that running for public office cannot be done half heartedly. Ultimately, however, business is my greatest passion and I am not ready to leave the private sector.

I want to personally thank the millions of Americans who have joined the various Trump grassroots movements and written me letters and e-mails encouraging me to run. My gratitude for your faith and trust in me could never be expressed properly in words. So, I make you this promise: that I will continue to voice my opinions loudly and help to shape our politician's thoughts. My ability to bring important economic and foreign policy issues to the forefront of the national dialogue is perhaps my greatest asset and one of the most valuable services I can provide to this country. I will continue to push our President and the country's policy makers to address the dire challenges arising from our unsustainable debt structure and increasing lack of global competitiveness. Issues, including getting tough on China and other countries that are methodically and systematically taking advantage of the United States, were seldom mentioned before I brought them to the forefront of the country's conversation. They are now being debated vigorously. I will also continue to push for job creation, an initiative that should be this country's top priority and something that I know a lot about. I will not shy away from expressing the opinions that so many of you share yet don't have a medium through which to articulate.

I look forward to supporting the candidate who is the most qualified to help us tackle our country's most important issues and am hopeful that, when this person emerges, he or she will have the courage to take on the challenges of the Office and be the agent of change that this country so desperately needs."

Thank you and God Bless America!
Donald J. Trump

Would you hit it?
I wonder if "The Donald" when he finally decided to not run, found a mirror and said, "You're Fired" to himself? Or just checked his bank account to see his billions then banged his overly hot wife a few times before spending a few hours relaxing with some hair styling and felt ok about it? Must have been tough for Donald.

Huckabee drops out and now Trump (basically knocked out by Obama) two of the presumed front runners..

Possibly says they're reading the leaves and predict Obama won't be as easy to beat as everyone was assuming.

Obama had 2 years of nothing but 'bad' happening (much of it carryover) but if he has everything go 'good' in the next two starting with whacking OBL...the guy will be invincible and the only one stupid enough to waste time running against him will be some lame like Bachmann.

Rule of thumb in a 4 quarter game, if you have to win 2 of the 4 quarters...it's always better to win the last two instead of the first two.

"Your mired"

What his tax adviser told him if he had to declare all his tax records, thats why he can't run, that and his hairdo would never survive 4 years dealing with Marine one downdraft.

I certainly hope not. I don't like to label myself, but if I had to, I would say that I'm a republican, and I sure as hell don't want her as president!

That's too bad. There was no way he was going to get elected, but it would have been hilarious. Imagine what Saturday Night Live could have done with that!
I believe it was just a publicity stunt to promote his show, or maybe a some book about him that he plans on releasing in the near future.

Palin can't afford to run for President.
I'm not so sure about that, but I certainly hope so.

When do you suppose his hair will make the announcement that it will not be running for vice-president?

I don't know and frankly I don't care.
Trump is a moron. He has no political savvy or knowledge. 2012 is a shut out. Obama will cruise like Money. 2016 sees President Marco Rubio.
