where do u live?
Have u asked the dogs if they hear u talking all day when u r home? I know dogs may be a pain in the when they bark, but maybe u or other neighbour is doing some noise or something that disturbes them.
I haven´t seen dogs getting sore throats, but that may be cause they are constantly drinking water

Aside from the constant airstrikes, gang warfare and natural disasters it's a pretty quiet neighborhood. I just don't think they like being left alone :dunno:
