I first beat it with a mallet to tenderize it. Sprinkling a little bit of seasoning and let it marinade in its natural juices. I proceed to fillet it in thin strips and lay it across a pan. Following that I preheat the oven to about 350 degrees and allow it to bake for about fifteen to twenty minutes depending on your preference of rare or well done.

Go into it keeping two things in mind:

1. The clit is the most sensitive part, which could work against you if you over stimulate it. Unless she likes that sort of thing, don't do it.
