Hey I got a question for all y'all.

I am have been hanging out at the literotica erotic chat and having fun chatting and Role Playing when I've got nothing better to do. However, thus far I am reluctant to chat with girls calming to be under the age of 21 for fear that they might be to catch a predator nonsense in disguise.

I was just wondering if anyone could clear some of my fears up....as long as they are saying they are 18+, on an adult erotic chat board, and I am not asking to meet them or see pictures....there really isn't anyway I should be able to get in trouble is there?

Or can I still get in trouble for cybering with someone is who underage if the claim to be of age and I have no way of proving other wise.

you're fine, for one thing the age of consent in nevada is 16...CaP people will insist on setting up a meeting...in the unlikely event you meet someone underage i doubt you could get in trouble as long as you make a point to ask them on each chat....
