The pictures are PhotoShopped. The lighting doesn't match up. I'm not an expert, but others have pointed out some of the problems. Plus, if they were real, it'd be everywhere. Men (and women evidently) would sacrifice each other to see her naked...

She's got pasties on them. There was a big deal made of her nude scene because he contract for the movie stipulates she won't do nude scenes. The only reason I know that is because my next door neighbor works for Dreamworks, and knows two of the guys in charge of the production of Jennifer's Body.

Obviously that is going to be for a scene where she appears to be nude, most likely in the distance and out of focus. She's wearing a skin-colored cover to give this appearance, but to not actually be nude. This is pretty common. She will probably also be having a close-up face shot, and just choose to do the scene herself in this way rather than using a body double.
