Three lullabies in an ancient tongue
I voted football from the aspect of a TV sport but hockey is by far the best sport to see live as far as I am concerned.

It kind of depends on the season. Football, both college and NFL are great in the fall. Baseball on opening day and then once it warms up some. College basketball during February and March. Overall though there is nothing more fun to watch than play-off hockey.

Hockey and Fijian Slap Fighting.

I don't know and frankly I don't care.
Good to see I'm not the only hockey fan here.
I'd go
1. Hockey
2. Baseball
3. Football (might jump to #1 if they lost all the goon gear and played like they had a pair)

I'd bet I'd be into rugby if American television would actually show it. Can't be a fan if not given a fair opportunity to watch it - and no, I'm not about to pay extra for some special sports package.

Nice tits, mind if I feel them?
5. NFL Football
(IMO NFL is a bunch of moronic thugs running around money driven ego's, its always about the $ 1st and the game is always 2nd or sometimes even a players 3rd priority)

6. NBA BasketBall
(I haven't watched an NBA game in like 5 years!!! IMO the NBA is LOADED with a bunch of moronic OVERPAID thugs, and I think if Detroit was better and there was more parity in the league where ALL OR MOST of the teams were COMPETETIVE I might be a bigger & better fan and watch more NBA, but @ the present time the NBA is a joke.)

A little ironic coming from someone named Marlo Manson. :1orglaugh

It's a shame you have to categorize an entire group of people based off of some idiots you probably heard from the news. Most of the players in these leagues are good people and do great things, but you totally overlook that and focus on the few bad apples. You're really missing out on some great sports.

Naw, don't get it twisted homie. I am an NFL fan and I know most of the players are good guys, my reasons are mainly because too me, I have NO team too call my home team... The LIONS pffff, until the Fords sell them to somebody who is willing to spend the $$$$ on the RIGHT players, coaches, and management (people who KNOW football) the lions will never win a championship.. they can't even win a playoff game..

and I like the NBA, but I also like when the pistons are competitive, when Joe Dumars traded Chauncey Billups for AI was done with the Pistons.. and I speak the truth about NO competition in the NBA... there are 3 or 4 really good teams in each conference, then the talent level drops off and the rest of the league is just there, meal bait for the good teams.. in the East you have: Miami, Boston, then who? Chicago, Orlando??? Boston or Miami in the Finals... In the west. THE LAKERS, SPURS in the finals then the rest of the west who has a chance??? :bigear:

I know the NFL and NBA have great athletes and 95% of players in both leagues are for the most part good guys, but both leagues have trouble makers who are $$$$ driven, of course there are some in MLB and NHL but not as many or as often as the NBA and NFL..

As far as my USERNAME: Marlo is from the "The Wire" which is thuggish I'll give you that... that show just had allot of influence on me and I had to put the word out somehow. :D and Manson is either from Charles Manson cuz I like Macabre stuff or Marilyn Manson cuz I like Heavy Metal / Rock.. but I also love Rap so what does that tell you.. I am not missing much @ all as you 1st thought. I am just outspoken and I voice my opinion that's all.

Well, I love the NBA. So, I get real fired up when I hear people put false labels on these guys. And sure, the bottom of the NBA really isn't competitive, but it's not because of a lack of talent (except with the Cavs), it's mainly because of experience and poor leadership. There's more talent in the NBA now, then there's been since the 80s and 90s. The Clippers have some of the best talent in the NBA, but they're not competitive because they're really young. Don't mistake a lack of parity with a lack of talent (college basketball is a prime example of that).

And The Wire was one of my favorite shows. That's how I knew the name "Marlo".

Oh, and the Lakers, Celtics, and Spurs are more vulnerable than ever. There's a lot of great teams in the playoffs, and it's shaping up to be one of the best NBA playoffs in a long time. Don't be surprised if you see Thunder vs Bulls in the Finals.
