well, as you know, he's dead now. RIP. a part of my childhood, and i'm sure, many others.

you'll also realise now of course that there will be countless best-of albums now, collector's editions, unreleased tapes, etc etc... anything to make a quick buck.

but the original albums are still with us, and although it's been a long time since i've listened to them i still think they're great.

That Vincent Price shit used to scare the shit out of me when I was little. I remember my parents got the album and cranked it during one of their usual weekend parties at our home. I was under the covers and shaking when Thriller came on for the first time in my life. I soon got used to it and have appreciated it for decades since.
