Man, is that hard to answer...but here are some favorites:
1. Superman saving Lois from falling from the helicopter in the first Superman movie. It brought chills to my spine the first time I saw it.
2. The Enterprise popping up behind Khan's ship in ST2.
3. The "I'm Funny..funny how?" scene from Goodfellas.
4. The opening sequence of Saving Private Ryan.
I could list about 100...but I won't.

28 days later. Seeing one man walking through the streets of London while it's COMPLETELY empty of all other life.
It was all real too, no CGI used in filming.
Any scene of Sin City (it's all fucking beautiful)
In Pulp Fiction, when Bruce Willis is deciding which weapon to use to kill the rapists. I love this scene because it's exactly what i'd do in his situation... Although i might of been tempted to use one of the guitars to do the trick

Tonnes of the scenes in Fight Club, the final explosion (took a year to make apparently), When he finds out Tyler is actually his split personality, soap making, sex scene, "slide", many more...

i'll avoid repeating scenes that were mentioned already (you know who you are...)
Unforgiven the revenge scene, where william munny walks into greely's saloon and (SPOILER ALERT) kills everyone.
300 the spartans absorb the first persian charge. there's a close-up of the spartan sandals sliding back in the dirt. just a very small detail, but i liked it.
Manhunter dollarhyde captures and tortures freddie lounds. "and we'll seal it. . .with a kiss"
The Empire Strikes Back luke vs vader - 'nuff said!
Saving Private Ryan pvt mellish is knifed, part of the final battle montage.
Hard Boiled the opening scene, a shootout in a 2-story teahouse.
Glengarry Glen Ross ricky roma(al pacino) "seduces" james lingk(jonathan pryce), also from the same movie, blake from downtown(alec baldwin) dresses the whole staff down.
i could go on all night, these are they what come to mind. . .

One of my favorites too!
There is a Danish film called "Flickering Lights",a great gangster comedy in the same category as "Lock, Stock and two Smoking Barrels". Mads Mikkelsen (Le Chiffre in Casino Royale) plays a very trigger happy guy. I one scene he leaves the gang and meet a jolly - also trigger happy - "local idiot" and after killing one of his cows they get even after he gives him a Desert Eagel gun. Then they run of together trying to kill all kinds of animals in the forest.
