I respect the man's talent and accomplishments but I'm a little sick of hearing his name every 4.0 seconds whenever the subject of pro football is the topic.

I don't understand why so many people hate Favre. He can still play so he decided to give it another go. What's wrong with that? Football is not like other professions where you can stll be good at your job in your 70's. Meh he's last all of my respect. He should have just signed with the vikings out of the gate if he "thought he had a shot" rather then playing his infamous off season games with everyone. But ESPN loves this shit, and now everyone in the booth can kiss his ass when he performs great. How many times a year does John Madden have dinner with Favre?

I cannot stand Brett Favre. I think he's past his prime and I can't wait until they fall in the playoffs. This team will not make it to the Super Bowl and I plan on rubbing that in the face of every Favre lover I know when they lose. My 2nd favorite team every week is whoever plays the Vikings. I'm sick of all the coverage he receives and I'm sick of ESPN making a big deal about him.

I been a Vikings fan for a long time now. The way I look at it is if the Vikings would have lost more than win, people would be taunting about Farve and the Vikings somehow. Be it The Vikings are paying for their mistake or whatever.

Since they are now 5-0 it is Vikings fans are happy; well those same critics will most likely say that that Farve is on board and bringing them into the spotlight and all that nonsense. Still finding a way to shit on the parade.

Thing is, I don't care. I have no control over the Vikings picking Farve up. Whatever. Am I happy we are finally doing something since 1999? Hell yeah! Big time! Do I give Farve credit for bringing the Vikings to this undefeated record? Yup, I sure do!

I am more impressed with the Broncos being 5-0 with a rookie coach and Kyle Orton.
