I'm too lazy to set a usertitle.
All I can think is that rats would have been much more effective and also white mice don't seem as scary as the brown ones :dunno: ps And why do this yourself and not pay druggie 5 bucks to do it

Suspect: Nikolas Galiatsatos allegedly dumped mice on his competitors

The police have dubbed it 'food terrorism with mice' after a pizzeria owner with a mouse problem he blamed on competitors, dumped rodents on the rival restaurants.

Nikolas Galiatsatos, 47, who owns Nina's Bella Pizzeria, in Philadelphia, is alleged to have walked into Verona Pizza just a few blocks away this afternoon and asked to use the bathroom.

After he left, the owner said he found footprints on the toilet and noticed that the drop ceiling had been disturbed. He found a bag tucked up above.

The owner then turned the bag over to two police officers who happened to be eating lunch in the restaurant.

They found three white mice inside, police Superintendent Michael Chitwood said.

Second victim: He is then thought to have crossed the road to Uncle Nick's Pizza and placed a bag containing mice in the restaurant's bin

Police say the man thought to be Galiatsatos then walked across the street to Uncle Nick's Pizza and dumped another bag into a bin inside the establishment.

Police found five live mice and one dead one inside.

'We have never had anything like this where mice have been used as an instrument of crime,' Chitwood said.

His own place: Investigators believe Galiatsatos was having mice problems of his own at Nina's Bella Pizzeria and that he blamed it on his competitors

'This is food terrorism by mice.'

Galiatsatos now faces charges of disorderly conduct, harassment and animal cruelty, police said.

Chitwood told reporters that investigators believe Galiatsatos was having mice problems of his own and that he blamed it on his competitors.

'Terrorism by mice': The rodents, which may have been purchased that day at a nearby pet store, have been turned over to animal control officers

'We believe that he's trying to put the competitive pizza places out of business,' Chitwood said.

He said the mice, apparently purchased that day at a nearby pet store, have been turned over to animal control officers.

Galiatsatos remained in custody and it was unclear whether he had a lawyer.
