Ford to surpass GM in sales for the first time in 80 years

Elwood70

Torn & Frayed.
I wonder if that car still exists.

One of the two used in the movie was destroyed during filming. The other one was bought by an employee of the studio,Steve McQueen himself tried to buy it from the second owner, but he refused to sell.

Allegedly, the second car has been found in a barn somewhere, but the current owner is keeping it under wraps,at least for the time being.

Bullitt car found?

I'm too lazy to set a usertitle.
C'mon Cat!
Thats a nice car man!
The new Mustangs are awesome.

I had a 66 fastback when I was 19, not perfect but nice.
My best car ever was from 98- 2002.......A pristine cond. 95 Gt 5spd with 17 Cobra Rims, ZR tires black on black interior(not charcoal) and a beautiful custom red metallic clearcoat paintjob and .........uh oh, I think I just came!

I loved that car, sold it for a cherokee stupid me.

Almosr exactly like this:
Check it out Mega.

Nice.

The first pic appears (more than likely without seeing under the hood) to be a '94 or '95 Cobra with what looks like 2000 Cobra R wheels.

Without a clear view of the taillights and fender badge, the second appears to a '94 or '95 GT with wheels from a '95 Cobra R.

My only problem with the SN95 up until I think '98 was there just wasn't enough driver side leg room. Even then I think they just added another inch for the seat adjustment.:(

Hiliary 2020
yeah mine had 1998 cobra rims , they looked just like the ones in the pic.....I don't think they changed much in those years.

the car was a lot more stable around curves with the 17's.

Cobra wheels if that's what you're referring to have all been some version of the 5 pt. star for the SN95 platform.

The last time there wasn't a 5 pt. star wheel was the Fox body, '93 Cobra R.

Ford didn't offer a Cobra in '94 and the '96/'97 (cobra) wheels were a pretty dramatic difference from the '95 and '98-'00. I suppose the '96 wheels along with the limited production Mystic Cobra was a part of inaugurating the 281 engine (for the Mustang).
