Funny or Offensive?

I must admit that I kinda half-assed chuckled and snickered listening to it, but it's wholly juvenile, at best. My tastes run a bit more to the sublime. It's good for an eye-brow raiser, a rolling of the eyes, and a shake of the head.

Perhaps it would be funny if I was a 10-year-old which is presumably the age of the person who made it
