Does anyone know how i can play Rar files of her. Vlc wont work for some reason.

Rar files are archive files, although VLC can play some rar files with video files in them. (provided it's not encrypted or there are lost of other files in the rar). if you want to play a video in a rar file without unpacking it first, i doubt any other programs will work if VLC doesen't.

what is vlc? rar files normally open with a specialist programme that opens them. i;m afraid i can't remember the name of an example of that programme- i realise that isn't that helpful- but there should be loads of people on this forum who know how to do it- if it isn't against the rules to say on here.

For rar files, you'll need a program called winrar to open the rar files, then you can play the movie inside.

Yeah i downloaded that. But when i select the movie of Gemma massey it says i need the next part of the film on a disk and i need to insert it.
Oh ok. Yeah sounds like an incomplete rar file with a missing part. Like for Gemma.mpg you would need r01,r02,r03, but you may be missing r02.

It is a Scene which you have to download in several parts, i have about 3. When i click to open one part with WINRAR but it says i need the next volume on a disk. If i need to download all the parts i can but they are not combined.
Yeah sounds like you're missing one of the rar files.

Ok i'll download them all, do you have to combine them? If so how ?
Once you download them all, click on the first rar file in the sequence and it'll open the rar file so you can extract the movie file.
