GhostBusters: the video game

I'm setting up my gamefly for this. It has a 78% review avg. out of 25 reviews. Anything above 75% is considered a good,or at least above avg. game on all websites and mags. Some people think a game has to be 85% or above to be worth their while.

Besides,its ghostbusters. Its been long overdue for a videogame of this classic movie. I dont turn away games because of ratings. Ive played games that got 60's, the reviewer said there were problems in the game that were no existent when I played it and it turned out to be one of the better games I played in the end.

If anyone gets this game due to my recommendation and it rocks you,who ya' gonna call?

I am getting this on Tuesday. Already had it on reserved and getting the free t-shirt that comes with it. I don't know I am a big fan of Ghostbusters. I have been looking forward to a third movie ever since the second one came out. They say this is kinda like a Ghostbusters 3. I kinda wished they made it a CGI movie instead. Have to wait and see.

No, She is Aimee Sweet. One of my favorite models of all time. It really feels like you are really part of the team and running through the firehouse is pretty sweet. I love how you catch ghosts. Bill Murray's lines are pretty funny as well. Also they got that giant portrait from Ghostbusters 2 down where Jeanne is. Clicking that is alot of fun. You'll enjoy it man if you are a big Ghostbusters' fan.

One game springs to mind here for me: Vampire Rain.

Fucking great little game so it is. The atmosphere in it is excellent indeed.

And it isn't too hard like some pussies say it is. I am not skilled in stealth games, yet I completed Vampire Rain within two days [only played it at lengthy night sessions]. The bosses and normal vampires are not mega hard. You make a mistake and you will be raped, for the most part anyway. It makes for a tense and atmospheric thrill ride. I am average when it comes to MGS and Splinter Cell type of games. So if I can finish Vampire Rain with no help from an online guide just myself with trial and error, then what does that say about the fags that whine about how this game is shit because it is too hard little cry babies they are.

I'm waiting for this game from Gfly. I am a huge Gbusters fan, I was 12 when the first Gbusters movie released and thought it was the coolest thing. I did read that Bill Murray does great voice acting in the game like you stated here.I guess that confirms it.

Fuckin' Gfly man!?!?!?!? They had it listed to come out on Thurs. so I took my time sending back a game back to give my Q an open slot,low and behold they released it early on Tues. instead so by the time everything processed its too late and theres no copy for me right now. I wish I woulda sent something back in advance. I might have to buy this game now.

Ouch! I feel for you. The Wii version is more like a cartoon with the graphics I heard. I got it on the Playstation 3 and it felt like I was living Ghostbusters 3.

I have the game and it's great. If you like the movies then you'll like this game. And the painting of Prince Viggo is hilarious, especially his predictions. :thumbsup:

Yeah, I got it opening day, as over priced as new games are, from one of the two nearby GameStop's here in my current city I'm dwelling in. I don't know why some fanatics are bitching, as I'm a long time Ghostbusters fanatic who loves the franchise, and it was WELL worth the wait! Mine is the X-Box360 version, by the way. I've only had so much time to play it, but am so far on the 4th level. It's perfect from the enemy AI and everything, to the sound FX and solid graphics. For many of us it's destined to me a mini classic.

Like I said, I really love it.

Wow you played each version of the game? ... I thought you said you couldn't afford a Wii...

But the truth is I cant afford a Wii so I just want to talk about Gamecube :sad:

I thought it was a good game. I rented yesterday and so far so good. If your a fan you should definitely rent it.
