I wonder that when they release the script if it will be the same one he used to talk to the kids. I have no problem with Obama talking to kids about doing well in school, but why does there have to be assigments that go along with his speech? Should it not be the teacher's job to assign homework with their lesson plans? I was in grade school and high school for reagan and bush's speech and I don;t remember doing any homework on them.

The republicans/conservatives whatever people want to call themselves and this rhetoric is just making them look so very very foolish and childish that any mature adult will never think of entrusting them with the responsibility of running anything if they don't stop soon.I understand about being the opposition party right now but pick your spots and criticisms better.Don't call the man a commie or talk about children can't trust him and his message.Those kinds of things say lot more about the people saying them then it does about Obama,just like the nonsense about his being a muslim and not born here did.Those people and rightfully so were just dismissed as lunatic fringe.

I think he should be commended for being rather diplomatic about it.
there's been some really wacky freakouts during these first 8 months, but this schoolkid thing really takes the cake.
