But the political process comment doesn't disprove that the rhetoric he belches out is the real deal. He's often talked about how vile and contemptuous the politic process..the backroom wheelings and dealings, is. I think that comment may have been in regard to the closed door, off C-SPAN meetings or even a generalization akin to Bismarck's famous line about laws and sausages.

Yes, okay, but there's more to the political process than just the "backroom wheelings and dealings."

Otherwise, why would Beck start his 9/12 Project and send people to DC to demonstrate and protest?? Just to make people waste their time?

If there was nothing more to politics than all the shady, backroom stuff, he might as well just instruct his viewers to assassinate all the Dems and the "RINO"s - but I guess there are laws against that kind of language. Does that mean he's oppressed, if he can't say that sort of stuff?
