btw I always thought the stereotype wasn't that blacks or other minorities were more promiscuous but rather had higher birth rates... That might seem to be the same thing but more to the point that contraceptives are not being employed during any or all intercourse as opposed to just having a sheer greater volume of sexual intercourse.
