GM told to prepare for bankruptcy

Personally, I think this has been coming for a long time. It isn't the workers' faults that management has been completely idiotic for decades.

I'm sort of conflicted. On one hand the people that run GM are pretty much idiots and have been for a long time. They don’t live in reality, they’re always behind, and they don’t make good decisions. I do feel bad for the workers. It's sad that decent jobs for normal everyday people don't exist anymore and some idiots out there see something wrong with places that actually give them one.

On the other hand GM and a lot of other corporations have been fighting an uphill battle against an increasingly crappy economic and societal system our country has taken on the past approximately 40 years that is pretty much designed to make them lose. The system isn't designed to benefit society or the people in it either as much as to make increasing fewer people even more wealthy.

and that is because the system is designed by those that already are at the top.
