Going to blank page when making a topic with image/attch?

Does this happen to anyone else where when you make a new thread and if you supply a image or attachment of image it goes straight to an all white screen rather the recently made thread?

The thread is still made, but thing is, one thread I made I wanted to include a poll but since it goes to an all white screen I am unable to make the poll. Bit of a bother, I shall declare.

yup. Happens to me about 50% of the time.
Not a huge deal, but a minor pain in the bollocks.

It happens every time what I describe for me. If it is a regular topic I made it goes straight to it.

It never did that until that last really, really bad technical issue they had where they had a crash or whatever. And the site was funky for a few days in a row.

Couldn't replicate this error, but found a thing what could causing this.
Please report when you encounter this again (including a date/time with timezone when this happens would be great).

I posted something in the funny section around 2:43 AM last night and it did not take me to a blank page. It worked then for first time in long time.

If it happens again I'll let know.
