I think she's called Sharon mail, but I've looked for that name multiple times with multiple search engines... The only one that gives a result is google, but they're all about a person named Sharon either working for US postal, Sharon getting mail or Sharon's email address (not this Sharon though...)

Only 25% of the Indian population lives under the poverty line and with a female population between 15-64 of 340,181,764 that means that 255,136,363 women between the ages 15-64 CAN afford a razor.

In the US 12% of the population lives below the poverty line. The US has a female population of 100,413,484 that is between 15-64 years old. Of those women approximately 88,363,866 can afford a razor.

So, if you wouldn't take the cultural differences (which is what this is really all about) you'd have a bigger chance of running into an cleanly shaven Indian woman than into a cleanly shaven American woman.
