After yesterday's buzzer-beater against France,it was impossibile to lose to Germany.Nowitzki is the greatest player on earth right now,but he can't do everything by himself.
CONGRATULATIONS to our great team,congratulations to our players,to our coach that made this team what it is today.May this be the beggining of another long series of victories for GREEK basketball.

PS.being a Greek living in France,it is just so wonderful to watch my team win against the French.And after lats year's euro 2004 quarter-final,yesterday's semi-final is a pure joy.

The party here in Belgrade wa going on and on and on.
There were thousands of Greeks here, and I cheered them on so hard.
Bur respect for Germany, they played fair all the way, even though they knew they are gonna lose. Dirk was so dominant this Championship, but just needed one more "in the mood" teammate. Last night no-one volunteered

I definately believe Nowitzki is the world's best player at the moment.The man is a machine.He is 2m13,he can play in every position on the court,dribble,shoot,rebound,score 40pts per game.There is nothing this man won't do.Plus,he is a born leader.Germany didn't have any other top players,but he managed to make his teammates give the best of themselves,and go to the final,beating better teams.If you think it's not him,then who is it then? Besides,he plays in the NBA,and is one of the league's leading scorers.What else do you need?
Congratulations to the Germans for the silver medal,they prooved they are a very good team.Maybe they'll get it next time.

PS.Does anyone know where the next eurobasket is taking place?

L'habitude se construit peu à peu.N'oublie pas que la France n'a jamais gagné le championnat d'europe de basket,et n'avait même pas gagné de médaille dès 1959...vous non plus,vous n'avez pas l'habitude de tout gagner....
Seul l'Union Soviétique avait déjà réussi le même coup double(euro-foot-eurobasket),en 1960 et 1961.L'exploit est ,donc,très très rare!
