GTA 3 or Vice City?

I have to say GTA Vice City was my fav so far, it has the nostalgia factor for me I love the Miami Vice theme it had, and the music was great. I haven't played GTA 4 yet, but I hear its awesome. Didn't care much for San Andreas

I dunno about most people, but I just cant identify with the plot of San Andreas, or the characters. THey're so.. lifeless. No laughter, no character... just sorta there. CJ's mom died, he's back. So what? Uniting the ghetto? I drive thru it, I try not to live there. Smells strange during midday.

GTA4? I can relate to all the characters with all their dialogue. They actually have stories to tell.

I tend to like all of the Grand Theft Auto games actually (well III to IV anyway). I think they all have solid stories and gameplay.

I've tried to complete GTA3 a couple of times, but I keep getting bored with it. Too dark and boring at times, especially when your character doesn't talk.

Vice City is more lively and , with 80's references, and a great soundtrack. I was pleasantly surprised to hear "Billie Jean" the first time I jumped into a car!

Firstly, i haven't played GTA4 yet. My favourite GTA is the 2nd one. GTA2 is absolute fun. Here, i have to choose one and i pick Vice City. Forget about all job shits, just grab a car and listen 80s music. Too bad that you cannot pick up a girl to ride with.

I've played GTA III, Vice City and San Andreas to 100% completion. I also own and have beaten GTA IV.

GTA III had GREAT cop chases.
Vice City had good music and better humor. I liked Maurice Chavez's show on VCPR.
GTA San Andreas had the best weapons, character and car customization and had an awesome hidden co-op mode.
GTA IV has done a really good job of recreating the feel of a city, but I still want my mini-gun back damn it!
