For why does the political atmosphere, in America (in the last approx. 25 years), foster the tendency for immigrants, legal or otherwise to in effect self segregate into separate enclaves ? Said immigrants continue to speak their native languages and never really meld into the general mainstream population. I hate that shit ! It's entirely un American and divisive. From where did it rear it's ugly head ? Sometimes I actually believe that "racism" itself was a nefarious invention of (who else lol !) or maybe Yale or NYU Law, expressly to enhance the ease of which the masses could be ruled and / or divided more efficiently.

employment diversity training . . . pejorative rubbish ! Everybody learns, or is conditioned to, actually
resent and spy on one another. I think that it's a requirement for all govt forms of employ, I'm not 100 % positive.
An American ~ Mexican, city employee, friend of mine maintained that All races hate the having to have to go through with the sessions. Said friend also mentioned that they instruct said
diversity sessions as if it's was a class of third graders. Really belittling and condescending.
Back to this dumb ass "coach" the guy was both a dick and a fool to express his feelings as he did. He's a liability. Fire Him.
I might agree with some of his feelings with respect to mere disgust, relative to the New World Order social status quo, but what he did was unprofessional.
We have the right to think as we feel, for now anyway . . until the new hand held
