Happy mothers day to all you moms and dads in the mom role
i love my mom alot she helped me become the man i am today so i figure why not make a thread where you can share a story of the most specail lady in your life your MOM.


my mom has done alot for me but what i am most greatful for.
is back in the day i was laid up in the hospital for 8 days with an illness . she never left my side she was is and always will be there for me and i love her so much for that.

im sure im not the only one with a great mom so share your storys

I've been on my own more or less since I was 15, not that I ran away but I was sent to private school. She did sacrifice a lot to get me an education, at least through high school, college that I had to do on my own as it was too expensive for her to help me out with that but I understand and I am grateful for what she did.

And my mom raised me all by herself too, so I guess it's true. "We're a generation of men raised by women, I'm wondering if another woman is really the answer we need." Tyler Durden

My mother is the one of the strongest people I know, she raised my brother and I the best she could, we might not have had all the best material things but I wouldn't trade any of it.

It was a few days after my 19th birthday when we were laying there in my bed, during a storm..

We were talking about life, sexuality.. and.. well dammit her breath on my neck was tingling and I couldnt take it anymore!

My moms been gone for about 10 years now, but I can still smell the fresh baked bread, and taste the home made Sunday gravy. There wasn't much that woman couldn't cook...except egg rolls. She made them once, and they were horrible, that's the only thing in 30 some odd years. She raised me by herself from the time I was 4, and never got a red cent from my dirtball father. I still miss her.

My mom died 17 years ago. That's almost half my fucking life (I'm 35) Really sunk in today looking at her gravestone. Least I got 17 years, more than many. Not long enough though... Still miss her alot. If you are lucky enough to have your mom around, please know you are blessed. And if ya'll are at odd for some reason, get over it! LIFE IS TO SHORT!!

Altogether I've had about 5 years. But it's an open wound since she's still around.. she just didnt tell me where she is.. what she's doing.. what drugs she's smoking/injecting/whatever, and she hasnt called more than a few times in the last 2 or so years.

She tends to come around every 8-10 months when she's bored, broke, beaten or needs her yearly reminder that I still love her despite the fact she's a useless fucktard who can barely take care of herself more and more as time marches on.

But I digress.. altogether I've gotten 5 years of love, advice, parenting and various.. other things from her.

So.. yeah. There's that.
