REALLY help someone is do something that, without your help, it would be IMPOSSIBLE for them to do it.

Me and my friend were riding with bikes and we saw lots of blood on an house wall, there was a drunk man barely breathing. we called 112 (ambulance number in Estonia), we try to help him but he stood up and didn't care at all and grabbed his bike and started ride away. We followed him and he fell over, and by that time ambulance arrived. They picked him up and took him to the hospital.

lady had flat tire outside my home. she needed to get to some job interview, so my parents went to get her a new tire from the store. let her into our house for a bit and sent her on her way

she said shell come back to repay us, but didn't. ah well

I was working at a fast food restaurant and we had a guy come in that looked ragged thumbing through spare change trying to find something to eat and we gave him a free meal and some cash to help him out. For a while he'd come about 2 times a week and get some food and we'd bag up a bunch of burgers for him to take that he'd thankfully put in his bag. It wasn't much but he seemed appreciated. I always felt guilty that there wasn't more we could do for him.

But seriously, I suppose my best occurance of helping someone was the time I saw some woman leave her purse in a shopping cart, and being a distance away, I quickly ran over, grabbed her purse, and chased her down (which by this time she was already in her car, and about to pull away from the parking lot). Of course she thanked me, drove away, and then drove right back and insisted I take $5 from her as a thank you.

Yes, a few times.
Most of the stories are pretty boring.
Just a matter of going the extra mile,
whether that be spiritual or financial.

The only dramatic one I can think of was in 2005. I got in the middle of a purse-napping, which quite frankly wasn't a smart thing to do. Saved an old lady's purse but got one of my front teeth knocked out

about 5 times in my life.
I can honestly say that I got shit on every time.
robbed,property damage, crazy phone bills, police at my door looking for them, and every time when you tell them its time to go they hate you.
Yes, the color of pity really is red.
Never again.

A few years ago, my best friend was dieng of cancer. He and his brother didn't have their parents anymore, he wanted that his brother and myself be there for him all the way to the end. That were three most emotional days of my live, so far.

I hope I was a little bit of help.

I have called 112 when the neighbours apartment was on fire.
But that was to help myself,becuase those drunken assholes wasn´t at home.
Got no thanks either.
I also called 112 when my brother was ill.

I helped many a stranded motorist on the highway with flat tires, battery jump, or a ride to get gasoline. Nowadays you really have to think twice before being a good Samaritan.
