REALLY help someone is do something that, without your help, it would be IMPOSSIBLE for them to do it.

The first Friday and second Wednesday of every month I donate my the Food Bank and handout can and dry food to the people who are down on their luck and need a helping hand!

I will when I die.

I plan on donating organs and whatnot.

I would if I could but I'm diabetic and they won't take mine! It saddens me that when I die I can't save someones life

yea amongst many other things ive saved my sisters life twice. First time she fell from a tree and I managed to catch her before her neck hit the ground. The other time she tripped and would have fallen into a bonfire if I hadn't grabbed her.
Ive also worked in the social services helping old people, and Ive worked as a youth leader in church helping kids.
