Heavenly Sword................wow!

I'm real late to the party on this game because after all it launched with the system,but I gameflyed it and beat it last night. I thought it was an incredible game all around from the story to the graphics,the voice acting,gameplay and all. Thats the 1st launch game I ever played that was as polished as a 3rd generation title for a system.

Usually theres a couple decent games for a launch but they are mediocre and buggy due to the "lets rush shit out the door to make launch" attitude and limited dev time with the final hardware.

It is a great game but it wasn't a launch title . The Ps3 launched on november 17th 2006 in north america and Heavenly sword was released on september 12th 2007. Still you are right that the graphics where ahead of their time.

Great game, It's short but still great. It was not a launch title. Resistance: Fall of Man was a launch title and that was also a great game with good graphics.

Wow I always thought Heavenly was a launch title. I take nothing away from that game at all like you guys said too. It was ahead of its time and if that came out today I would still be impressed by its visuals,physics,voice acting and playbility. It was very short indeed. But short and sweet is a good thing to me.

Oh and Resistance 1 was a great game I agree.

Even though it was short , it was such an exilarating experience all the way through that I didn't mind it. For me it's one of the best PS3 games ever and will always be.:thumbsup:
