I tried to find this one using Tin Eye, but the best I got was the name Heineken (the beer) and someone who suggested that she was a swedish amateur.

You know, it's kind of a crazy quest I'm taking, to ID every girl whose image is used in wikis that adopt the "fair use" rule - because I don't think it's "fair" if the girl is anonymous, and proper credit is not given to model, photographer, producer, etc, etc. This one has more than 80 copies everywhere in the Internet (per Tin Eye), but none of them gives credit.
