Sorry - no idea as to who she is.

In my experience, to ID a model you need at least one name - preferably a forename and surname - or you haven't much of a chance of ID'ing her.

I wish I could help you more, but I can't.

If it is any comfort, it took me 3 days to trace the ID of a Dutch model whom I have now started a thread on - but at least I had a name to start with:
