Help me ID "Jackie" from 11/99 Hustler and 07/02 Hustler Canada

This cover girl is named Jackie, according to Hustler from November 1999 and July 2002 in Canada (same spread). The spread was called "Hot Flash" and it was photographed by someone named Matti Klatt.

I can't find the full spread anymore and it is one of my favorites. Even worse, I have no idea who this girl is. She did this spread and one thing with Jezebelle Bond (which I haven't seen in a while).

Can anyone ID her? Please! Thank you!
