Help me plz!! Avatar and adding pics to messages

I'm still quite new to freeones. . . And i've been having trouble getting a avatar pic up and attaching images in my relplies in the forums.
Can sum1 plz plz tell me what to do. . . Thank you

Does the CP reject the avatar pic?? What format is it in? Is it a JPEG, GIF, PNG?? What size??

Well you already use an avatar so I think you figured it out?

About attachments,

you are not allowed to attach pictures unless when starting a thread/asking for an ID.

Then you click the little paper clip

and insert your image from your hard disk.
