HELP with spreading around rep points.....

hey all..... i have a question.... seems i need to pass around some rep before i can give rep points to anyone out there who posts awesome threads..... i don understand what the infernal message means!!!!....
does it mean that i have to recieve rep from the people i have repped or does it mean that they have to rep someone else so i can pass out the reps??
no idea...... anyone who has faced the problem before will know what i'am talking about....
so please help me out.... cuz there are a few awesome posts out there that need immediate reputation!!....

You can't just rep the same people over and over. You have to rep different people before you're able to rep the same people again.

Make sense? Spread the rep around - rep lots of people - and you won't have this problem.
