Hillary / Obama offer Russians American weapons inspections

I think this is needed by both sides. Hopefully this will lead to more military cooperation between Russia and the States. Just the same as they need America and China to talk about economics, it is crucial that the two military and nuclear powers of the world can cooperate.

This is no change from the W. plan to share NMD technology with Russia.
And every time the Russians pull out the rhetoric and it never goes forward.

But in this case, Obama already killed NMD, and the Russians still act no different.
We only have TMD and they still play the same games.

And I just shake my head.
