Thank god too,I'm not a Pitt fan but I love football and have so much respect for Troy P. He's a class player and intense as it gets. You hate to see that happen to anyone but it hurts that its Troy. But like you said if it happened with a 500 lb lineman on his back,or some weird scenario like that, he might be gone for good.
