Done some research, I think it may be a young Carmel Moore, she's had a boob job now and her boobs don't look as good, but I saw some older pictures, and her boobs do look like the girl in the photos, and her face looks very similar.

Yep, there is some kind of similarity. And Carmel Moore (aka Nasrin or Nasreen) is also presented sometimes as an Indian Desi girl. In fact, she is said to be of Persian origin.
