Hot Sauce Recipes

Any spicy food lovers here? I fucking LOVE ruining my mouth and anus with spicy food. Not only is it delicious, but certain cultures believe it helps a man last longer during sex.

I'm sick of seeing all these restaurants with some lame "suicide sauce", when it's more of a strong mild then hot. So over the weekend, I attempted to make my own sauce.

It didn't work out to well.

I can follow directions, but I'm not experienced enough in the culinary arts to actually create my own sauce from scratch. I don't know which ingredients compliment others and whatnot. And I know Google is a wonderful tool, but I figured it would be more fun to have people share their own recipes, idea's and secrets.

BTW. My sauce was basically Franks Red Hot Sauce with about 8 habanero's, some garlic, onions, salt and pepper blended up and cooked. I used Franks because I like the flavour but it tasted like straight up habanero. I'm not sure if the peppers have to be dried or cooked or anything before preparing the sauce.

Also, if you are culinarily challenged like myself, do you know of any good hot sauces available in grocery stores or online??

Try to get some Gator Hammock Swamp Gator sauce. Very good and VERY hot. It can be found online just google gator Hammock, I found it when visiting my father in law in Ft. Myers. the ingredients are listed as : Aged cayenne peppers, vinegar, fresh habanero, jalapeno and hammock peppers, garlic, salt, and other spices.

It's Very hot and actually pretty tasty I put it in my chili and use it for wings as well.

The guy knows his shit- I've known him and his wife for many years. You can find hot AND tasty- many hot sauces forget that part.
