that looks a LOT like Sydnee Steele to me...but she only did a few interracial scenes, and only with Lexington Steele or Sean Michaels I think, and neither have that brand on their arm...

this pic comes up when you google "Sydnee Steele interracial", and the top, earrings, etc seem similar to me...
