From what I have found out it appears to be someone she was in a relationship with - but no name has been given, nor anyone charged by the police? I think she might have got involved with a right sicko and is scared of them or doesn't want it all over the papers/TV in a court case?

Physically she had made a full recovery, but emotionally she'll be scared for life. Feel really sorry for her as all she wants is to be loved - just been unlucky I guess -
