How about Favorite CD of 2004

For me it has to be Green Day's American Idiot. Not only is it kick ass punk rock, the depth of the lyrics is amazing, and there is not a more important piece of music this year. They are also nominated for seven grammys, so at least somebody agrees with me.

Green Day website --go there and check it out beeyotch :dunno:

I don't know of February but i bought "What If" by Kane and that is a fantastic CD.

My favourite album of 2004 is "Hot Fuss" By The Killers, but i have so many.

Can I borrow your virginity?
"Contraband" By Velvet Revolver........Kick ass rock n roll at its finest, Slash has never played better, Scott Weiland got his groove back (let's hope he STAYS OFF drugs this time), this band rocks.

Never argue with a fool. People might not know the difference.

Should i even answer this ? ;)

How to dismantle an atomic bomb is a good album, but i don't think it is great. I'm a massive U2 fan, they're my favourite band ever, but i definitely think there have been better albums this year.

For me HTDAAB doesn't compare to The Joshua Tree, Achtung Baby, Unforgettable Fire or Rattle and Hum.

the best album i bought in 2004 was Machine Head - Through ashes of empires, but the best album of 2004 for me was Killswitch Engage - End of Heartache

(wooo! this is my first ever post!!)

I don't care for the newer material. War is by far their best album IMO.

I changed my middle-name to Freeones
Mojave 3 - Spoon and Rafter
Wilco - A Ghost is born

Tough to name just a few...
